Slow Cooker BBQ Roast
My new favorite slow cooker meal is BBQ roast!
It’s very easy to put together, tastes amazing, and the entire family loves it!
I topped it over a bed of delicious homemade mashed potatoes 😍
What you’ll need:
2lb Chuck Roast
1/2 red onion sliced
5-6 cloves of garlic roughly chopped
3 whole Serrano Peppers (optional)
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbs Brown Sugar
1/2 Tbs Chili Powder
1 Tbs Garlic Salt
1 Tbs Vinegar
1 tsp Paprika
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
Mix everything together but the chuck roast.
Next pour 1/4 of the mixture on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place your roast in the slow cooker and pour the rest of the mixture on top!
Slow cook for 4 hours on high!
