Slow Cooker Chocolate Lava Cake

This is going to be the simplest recipe you have ever made! It’s extremely rich and decadent.

Ingredients:

1 box of your favorite brownie mix

1 box of chocolate pudding mix

Chocolate chips

Make the chocolate brownie mix according to the instructions on the back of the box

In separate bowl, make chocolate pudding mix according to box

Spray or line slow cooker.

Pour brownie batter into slow cooker.

Pour pudding mixture on top- DO NOT MIX.

Sprinkle with as many chocolate chips as you’d like. Then cover.

Turn on slow cooker and cook on high for 2.5 hours!

Right before the last 30 minutes, mix all ingredients up and put the lid back on.

Once finished cooking- mix one more time before serving- it will still look gooey- don’t worry the batter is fully cooked!

Serve warm with a scoop of your favorite ice cream!
